Ray Chapman Practical Pistol Class Ray Chapman is one of the founders of Practical/Action pistol shooting. In fact, he was the first World Champion in 1969. He was the owner/founder of the Chapman Academy. March 17-18, 2001, he held a class at the Chapman/McCord range. |
